Why we exist.
Adelaide Socials was built because most agencies operate in a way that protects their retainer, not their clients' results. Metrics get reported without context. Campaigns run without strategy. Websites get built without understanding the traffic they're supposed to convert.
We set up differently. Every engagement starts with data - is your tracking actually working? Do we understand what actions you want visitors to take? Only then do we build campaigns that have a real chance of performing.
We're a small team. That means every client gets senior-level attention on their account - not a junior account manager running templated reports. It also means we say no to clients who aren't a fit. We'd rather work with fewer businesses and do it properly.

This includes two complete health system portfolios - Gateway Health System (8 properties) and Vista Health System (4 properties) - plus multiple Pennsylvania and California systems.
