About the role

Adelaide Socials is a fast-moving digital marketing and web development agency working with exciting clients across Australia and the United States. We create content that actually converts, and we need someone who thinks the same way.

This is a hands-on creative role focused on short-form video. If you live and breathe Reels, know how to hook an audience in the first two seconds, and care about quality as much as speed, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

• Concepting, filming, and editing short-form video content, primarily Instagram and TikTok Reels
• Working across a variety of Australian-based clients, with select US clients managed remotely
• Collaborating with our strategy and ads team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals
• Contributing creative ideas in briefs and content planning sessions
• Occasionally travelling interstate for on-location shoots (a few times per year at most)

What we are looking for

• A genuine passion for video content creation and short-form storytelling
• Excellent written and spoken English skills - you will be communicating directly with clients
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Reels and short-form formats
• Confidence on set and behind the camera, both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working across different brand voices and industries
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• A portfolio or showreel of past work
• Experience with restaurants, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands
• An understanding of how organic content supports paid social campaigns
