Line Out the Door: Full Rebrand and Ongoing Digital Partnership
THE CHALLENGE
What needed solving.
An Nam Quan was previously trading as Snazzy Saigon. The owners had outgrown the name, the brand, and the piecemeal digital setup. They wanted to rebuild everything at once: a new identity, a proper website, a full advertising stack, and a social media presence that matched the quality of the food. The rebrand and the digital build had to happen at the same time.
THE SOLUTION
What we built.
An Nam Quan is one of our most involved ongoing partnerships. We were involved from the rebrand. The restaurant was previously Snazzy Saigon, and we worked with the owners to develop the An Nam Quan identity, including the new name, brand direction, and physical menu design. From there we built their custom WordPress website, set up the full digital advertising stack, and have been running and optimising it ever since. On the catering side, we run dedicated Google Ads Search campaigns and Meta lead generation campaigns targeting corporate clients, event planners, and groups within the surrounding area. Generating catering enquiries has been one of the primary focuses, and the results have been consistent. The catering pipeline is now a meaningful part of the business revenue. For dine-in, we run Meta Ads Traffic campaigns with Reel-first creative across a local radius audience, retargeting from site visitors and engagers, and a broad awareness campaign that keeps the brand visible to new audiences. The restaurant now has a line out the door most days. That did not happen by accident. Social media management covers ongoing content creation, photography, and posting. We coordinate shoots, produce Reels, write captions, and manage the accounts across Instagram and Facebook. The technical setup includes full CAPI implementation for accurate post-iOS14 attribution, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console. Google Ads runs Search and Performance Max campaigns. SEO work covers on-page optimisation and ongoing blog content. This is not a set-and-forget engagement. We are actively involved every week.

What happened.
Since we started advertising for An Nam Quan, there is now a line out the door most days. Catering enquiries have grown into a meaningful revenue stream alongside dine-in. The rebrand from Snazzy Saigon to An Nam Quan gave the business an identity worth being proud of. The digital advertising and social media presence built the audience to match it.
