We started with the brand. A full visual and identity rebuild gave Loverboy a look that matched the energy the venue was aiming for: something people would actually follow on social media and come to the venue for. On the operational side, we worked with the owner to implement staff management software that brought structure to scheduling and accountability across the team. One significant outcome was identifying and resolving alcohol theft, a costly problem that had gone unaddressed. The systems we helped introduce closed that gap. The new website was built for performance from the ground up. GA4 tracking, Meta Pixel with full CAPI implementation, and conversion-focused structure from the first page. Every element of the site was built to support the advertising we were running alongside it. Meta Ads brought new audiences to the venue through a combination of targeted paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and UGC content that felt authentic rather than promotional.
