Launching Adelaide's first revolving hot pot restaurant into the market required building an audience that did not exist yet. There was no existing social following, no brand recognition, and no playbook for this format in Adelaide. We set up their social media accounts from scratch and began building content that introduced the concept: what a revolving hot pot actually is, why it is different, and why it is worth trying. Educational content for a genuinely new dining experience, delivered in a way that made people curious rather than confused. The ongoing management maintains that presence with consistent posting, photography, and content that keeps the venue visible to new audiences.
