THE CHALLENGE
What needed solving.
Neon Garage was our first ground-up e-commerce build and one of our most technically interesting projects. The product, custom neon signs, required a buying experience that did not exist as an off-the-shelf solution.
THE SOLUTION
What we built.
We built Neon Garage from scratch, including the centrepiece of the entire customer experience: a design-your-own neon configurator that lets customers personalise their sign before adding to cart. The e-commerce architecture was built for conversion at every step. Clear product categories (wedding signs, business signage, custom designs), high-quality product photography, social proof throughout, and a checkout flow designed to reduce abandonment. Meta Ads ran alongside the build with full Pixel and CAPI implementation. Influencer and UGC content was central to the strategy. Neon signs photograph beautifully and the product lends itself to organic sharing. SEO work built organic visibility for competitive sign-related search terms. Neon Garage proved the model: build the platform right, drive the right traffic to it, and the product sells itself.
THE RESULT
What happened.
A Shopify store built around a custom neon sign configurator. Meta Ads and influencer content built an audience for a product designed to be photographed and shared. Sales run through the store with the configurator as the primary entry point.
